A financial services company with 800 employees and A$200M in revenue wanted to reduce operating costs and improve compliance. DSV was engaged to conduct business process reengineering across their core finance, operations, and compliance processes.
Current State
Analysis of 47 core processes revealed significant waste. The month-end close took 8 days and involved 15 people and 12 systems. Vendor onboarding took 6 weeks with a 30% error rate.
What DSV Did
We mapped all 47 processes, interviewed 60+ stakeholders, and identified 15 high-opportunity targets. We redesigned these processes to eliminate waste and reduce manual work.
